Communication CD

I imported a mitsubishi galant VRG and require the CD for the MR383899 system. Is it possible for either mitsubishi or sumitomo electronics to provide a download site for these CD's as they are not in the cars at times. I have seen threads where buyers have found them under the car seat. Please someone help!!!!!!
