'01 oil light problems... HELP!!!

Hello, any help would be much appreciated.

The Neon is almost at 100,000 miles.

The oil light keeps coming on. I am a stickler for replacing the oil at exactly 3,000 mile intervals. About two months ago I noticed a small oil leak in the driveway. I added some stop-leak to the oil and it went away.

Now the oil light keeps coming back on and there is only one icon in the dash so I don't know if it's the oil pressure or what. There's more than enough oil, so I'm assuming the pressure is the problem.

Am I gonna have to buy a new engine? Thanks for any help!
