96 Accord Drivers Seat?

I'm looking at a 96 Accord Coupe, pretty good car, except the drivers seat which is electric, won't move forward, being that I'm short, it makes it tough to drive.
Anyone here got any experience with this problem? could it be a motor, switch, fuse?
Help Please
Dave

I would start with the fuses. If they are OK you would probably go the path you outlined: switch, motor, wiring, etc.

Good luck!

Re: 96 Accord Drivers Seat?

Got it fixed , sort of, The front to rear slide motor has a shaft that runs from the gear drive on the right side of the seat to the gear drive on the left side of the seat.
well some knucklehead, I guess reached down and grabbed the shaft thinking it was a manual seat ajustment and yanked it loose, so it wasnt there and the motor was just trying to move one side of the seat.
I make a temp manual adjuster just to get the seat up so the wife can drive it.
Thanks
Dave
