Should I buy this pontiac?

I wanted to know if pontiac is a good reliable car. I have been looking to buy a used pontiac grand prix "98" or pontiac sunfire se"00". Is there any cons that I should know about these vehicles?

I don't know if you have bought a car as yet, but run away from the sunfire. It is the sister car of the Crapalier, a very poor car.

The 98 Grand Prix is a good car especially if it has the 3.8. If it is a 3.4 I would think twice about the purchase. The Sunfire is not a good choice.
