does anybody know if the stock 96 integra ls axels will work in my civic with the b18b swap or if i have to order the swap axels

Same axles.
You should a female to male axle (driver's side) and the male to male axle (passenger side). These axles can be used with all Honda B series engines with hydrualic transmission.
