2003 Silverado, fuel PSI regulator location?

I'm admit my mechanic skills are almost non-existent. If I understand correctly, it's somehwere in the vicintiy of the Air filter?

Thank you! I wasn't even looking on the right side of the motor. That damn clip that holds it on gave me fits. I finally got it on after I had ran out of swear words.

I had the same problem with the clip. The guy that replaced it before me (previous owner) took off the little o-ring to get it together. The truck didn't start or run too well that way. After struggling the first time, I think it would work to use a little c-clamp to hold it all together while installing the clip. I would be curious to hear if somone has a better idea.
