high comp KA

I'm thinking about throwing some single cam pistons in my dual cam KA.

I've read online and some people say ECU tuning is needed, some dont.

I'm going to be running the 11.1:1 setup.

I have a JWT ecu right now, with just the basic NA KA tune.

But does anyone know if any tuning is required so I dont detonate on 93-94 octane.

thanks,

Chad

Re: high comp KA

at least some AFC tuning, its the most important part of making power you should never take shortcuts... even a car with basic bolt ons can benefit from tuning
