yeh but thats EMS DVST8R which takes alot quicker then SAL, how much in yen did EMS cost you?? its been 9 days so far and i live in Adelaide...should be arriving soon or expect to wait abit longer??

6,800yen, that was for the new 1/12 renault RE20 F1 plus 4 books. So it was a fairly big/heavy box. Still, its worth it i think to have tracking and insurance.

Well, you can't really compare a couple of kits you bought and DVST8R's large box because yours is a small packet SAL, and it's different from standard SAL. I assume DVST8R's package weighs close to 4.0 kg, so there are only two options, 6150 yen by SAL or 6800 yen by EMS. The difference is only 650 yen.

Rainbow Ten often splits one order into multiple boxes of small packet, and I like it a lot. For example, between 3.0 and 4.0 kg, SAL to Australia will cost 6150 yen, but 2 small packets of 2.0 kg each will cost 2 x 2080 = 4160 yen.

I'm in Adelaide too and ordered two models from HLJ a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday, got the payment request and paid Monday night and received the box on Thursday. EMS rocks. HLJ rocks.
