2 questions...

I poped my hood today to check the oil and the rubber hose from the top of my catch can is not connected to anything. It looks like had broken but there isn't another part hanging anywhere.

And...

I have a 50trim in my car, would the stage3 ecu be the best way to go?

Re: 2 questions...

You definitely need to get those hose connected...Your car has most likely be running like crap(the idle). You wouldn't want to use the s3 ecu, the only one that can be played around with is the s1 ecu. The s2 and s3 require the actual components.

Re: 2 questions...

yeah the idle is really rough. Will the s1 make any kind of large difference? What else would help make a difference?

Re: 2 questions...

s1 will help make power yes, but it wont fix the idle issue. you have a vacume leak that causes idle fluctuations. fix the leak and you will be set. the catchcan needs an in from the pcv on the camcover (valvecover) and the other side connects to the throttlebody. if there is a disconnect here, you need to fix it
