KN Filters... worth it?
Has anyone used the K&N replacement panel filters. Is it worth the $41? I know its re-usable (which is a benefit in itself) once I get the recharging kit, but has anyone noticed even a slight difference in performance, mpg etc?
What about their oil filters? worth the $10? I know your probably wont see a difference, what type do you guys use for your Jeeps? |

Re: KN Filters... worth it?
I have a K&N, and noticed no differance in performance. It sure is cheaper than replacing a paper filter everytime i hit the holes though.

Re: KN Filters... worth it?
K&N filters are worth every penny. I installed a 'cold air' system on my Jeep for better flow too.
You can clean and re-oil the K&N filter (re-usable)

I use an airhog by Fram. I have never seen a power increase in any of the other vehicles I have used a K&N in.
