Engine Compartment - Body Parts : Question

Dear Forum Members:

Where can I get the parts to replace rusted sheet metal inside the engine compartment (1958 Type 2 Pickup)?
I need the metal piece that sits directly above the muffler (you would rest your arm on it when changing a belt).

Is this NOS part available or do I need a donor bus?
