Is this type of car a rare car?
Living across the street from us is a couple who own a 1985 Jaguar I believe to be a Vanden Plas only because it has the writing on the back and we can't make out what it says..It in pretty rough condition...but the lady who owns it says we can have it for $800 cash and fix and sell it again. Would it be worth much to fix it...? I already have an interested buyer if we do end up buying it....let me know..thanks..pics of it will be on my mem pro gallery and i will post then here as well..thanks...

ummmmmm....... I'd buy it in current codition from you for $1000 cash. check out the I had an idea post in XJ12 and you'll figure it out.
