Manual To Power Seats

Hi,

My '07 EXT Silverado (03-07 model, not all new '07) is a WT (work truck) with manual seat on both side, and I'd like to change to power on both side, and I know the plug in are different, so how & what should I do to get them power (I'll buy the OEM power seats) ????
Plug has 16 pins, but used 3 pins as:
From chasis is 2 blue into 1, 1 green, 1 black/white stripe.
From the seat is 2 yellow, 1 green, and 1 black/white stripe.
