Air Vents Registers Loose Hard to Direct Air

My wife has a 2002 Civic LX. When we put the air or heat on the higher settings (more force) the manually adjusted vents will not work properly. The force of the air blows the vent louvers to one side and forces the air away from where we want it. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

yes i have seen this problem several times. My wife has a 2004 crv and it does the same thing.
