OMG, it's been forever: Neon SXT vs. Charger & 300(both V6's)

Man; it's been forever since I last posted here.

To recap: Totaled my Stratus(10/2/05) & bought a Neon SXT(12/9/05).

Now to the story: As I left my friends Friday night I decided to take highway 301 to get home(if you live in Bradenton or Sarasota you already know) seeing as how DUI check points are almost always on 41. After awhile I notice a car moving back & forth in traffic(for once it wasn't me ). by the time we stop at a redlight I realize that it's a few kids in a Charger trying to have some fun. The first thing notice is that it's a rare to see a black person blaring Avenged Sevenfold & worse it's from a NEON . The driver revs his motor & asks if I want to tun against him. I nod and reply to pay attention to the light. From the light I gained about 2 car lengths before he caught up, but as I made it to 90 I noticed that the Charger was still pressing hard to catch me, but somehow I won . The kid was pissed, but we both got a laugh out of it.

As I get closer to home I notice yet another car except this one pulls beside me. Chrysler 300: V6, big rims, ugly 100-color paint job, & pointless trunk-rattling sound system . By this time, I'm feeling kinda cocky, so I rev my little 4-banger(OMG the sound of a stock exhaust is so funny ). Surprisingly; they acknowledge my existence, the light turns green, & the launch was almost even. He pulls away for 3 or 4 car lengths until we reach about 100+. by the next light came up I lost by 1 maybe 2 car lengths, but I didn't care. I did something I always wanted to do: put my Neon to the test against the V6 Charger & 300.

Now that I've had the car for almost a year I think I'll begin the the performance enhanment process . I hope my sister gets that Celica she wants .
