Trcker time up to 18

Hi, I have a tracker 1993,8 valve, 1.6, and have to use the time at 18 for it to work perfect. Timing belt and marks in position. Does anybody knows the reason?

Could your distributor be a cog off the correct position? Good Luck, Dave

I had found the key at the crancshaft is wore and meved to the left so I think it is the problem.
