Air pump on 77 L48 low alt???

I hope someone has some insight on this.
77 vette with the low altitude L48 motor (Federal emissions)
Emissions label states there should be an A.I.R. on this car. (Air Injection Reactor)
Can someone please point me to a website or a contact that can get my this info. I have been busting my butt trying to find info on this.

The AIR is required on the L82 and the high altitude L48 but that is as far as I have got. I need to get this smogged and they will not until I show them proof.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi all, I found out what is going on with this car... Wrong Emissions label.
It was replaced to get out of paying $300 when registering in Calif.

I doesn't have an AIR system. on the low alt L48
Thanks...
