ford sierra starting problems

Hi here.

please help! I have a seirra GT 2.0 DOHC, and the problem is that when I start the for the first time it starts ok, but after driving for 10 or 15 miles if I switch the engine off and try to start again, it doesn't start and it sounds like a flat battery, but I know that the battery is ok because if I wait 15 or 20 minutes it starts fine. I have install a new starter motor, a heavy duty battery and the fault is still the same. Can anyone help please.
