92 Lesabre AC/Heat won't blow?

My blower will not blow, I've bought a brand new blower moter, checked all the fuses, checked the relays, and check the control wiring. I have no Idea what to do next, the controls are all electric and everything seems works on it, it displays everything it should, It just doesn't blow. any answers?

There is a fan control module on the top of the evaporator case that may be bad. Check it out.

Got a blower control module from the salvage yard, $26.50 works perfect. Thanks gusy for all your help.
