Underdrive pully..yes.. or no?
Should i change over my power steering pump and belt tentioner so i can put my under drive pully on? or should i keep it the same as the 91? and just used the stock pully?

I am not going to make any suggestions about how to go about underdriving your car as that is your decision. But if anyone tries to claim an underdrive pulley screwed up their car then they are completely full of it and are just spreading crap. THere is absolutely ZERO proof that the 6G72 needs a harmonic balancer and there are several people making big power running underdive/lightweight crank pulleys with near or over 30k on then with no issues. Other people had an oiling issue and were looking for something to blame their engine failure one.

The Spyder has had an underdrive pulley on it for a decade. Zero problems.

This is the link I always post when somebody asks.
Personally, I have to admit my opinion has flip flopped on the topic over hte years. As far as I know, Stealthee is correct in that nobody with our engine can attribute an engine failure to it. However, I also can see the reasoning behind both sides of hte argument. So best I can say is make up your own mind.

I would rather just use a lightweight pulley, instead of an actual underdrive one... I worry about the annoyance with my stereo and stuff.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions. |

My car has the 3SX lighten pulley, and it is not a undrive pulley... weighs 1 pound and 11 ounces accronding to 3sx and it was like a fether when i got it. heres a link and pic.
