how to remove door panels

im tryin to take my driver side door panel off too replace a speaker. i got all the screws out but cant get it over the window roller (manual windows) ive pulled n pulled n tried to pry it nothings working the handle doesnt have a screw in it either to take off so im not sure wat to do. if neone can help me itd be greatly appreciated thnx

You need a crank removal tool. At autozone. OR you might be able to use a peice of cloth, screwdriver etc. There is a small C clip behince the handle that holds it onto the shaft.
