1996 Bonn Trans Failure

Im pretty sure im going to have to get a new trans, but maybe somebody knows something...

I have no third and fourth gear. It's like putting the car in neutral. I wonder if the seal rings are gone, or the material is gone. I have to start it in first, and shift up to second at 3000 rpm.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Get it scanned by a trans shop and see if there are solenoid failures, but it sounds like it is coming out.
