your writing style is less than desireable. it really makes it hard to understand your symptoms. What was your symptoms leading to the replacement of the alternator.
Battery not charging?
You might want to check all the associated wiring. Battery positive cable, negative cable to ground. Try connecting a good ground from the battery neg directly to the body. You could have a ground problem effecting you engine managment system.
You should also check to see if you have 12v at the PCM main terminal. Finally, check to see your battery is able to deliver all the power it needs to. Rule out these things before you start getting into sensor problems.
Do you have a CEL?
