Dave Marcis STG/Micron Lumina

Well at long last it is finished. This is the Dave Marcis STG/Micron 1994 Lumina. I used Tamiya TS-26, there is a little bit of detail in the form of engine wiring, braided lines, seat belts, interior wires and the RRR fuel filler and overflow pipe.
Cheers,
Shayne

Looks like a very solid build, and it's nice to see a more obscure car/driver combination for a change! Can we see an engine pic?

Nothing too special with the engine. After i put it into the chassis and the body went on, you can hardly see anything.....Oh well.
Thanks for the comments guy's, greatly appreciated.

Nice and clean. I must admit, as awesome as some of the super-insane-detail NASCAR builds are, it's nice to see one built nearly box stock like this now and then.

How did you come to model a Dave Marcis car? It would be more realistic if you could make it look like it was running in 36th position or something.....

Nice build, the interior looks good.

I had the body in white, saw the decals in my collection and thought Why Not!!!! He was a legend to the point of being a true survivor after all in a very tough climate.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Marcis was a consistent top 10 driver with a handful of wins in the 70s...
