Angry A short rtory

I bought a Laguna 2. 1.8 privilege from a multi-franchise dealer last February.
I took it back as it was pulling to the right (offside) . They said there was nothing wrong??
I took it back a second time and reported it to the service manager. He got a mechanic to test drive it and reported nothing wrong!!!
If you let g the steering wheel , it would be over the crown of the road and gone within seconds, so I took it back again. They gave it a full check, suspension, steering, wheels etc, and pronounced it absolutely without fault.
What can you do.
I lived with the problem for around 600 miles, until the MOT was due ( only 600 miles remember)
Hey presto, the same mechanic/tester now decided that the track rod ends were so worn, that he had to fail my car, not put an "advised " note on it, but fail it outright!.So 600 miles after the steering was "absolutely without fault", the rack rod ends have worn so badly, as to be an MOT failure.??
Next, he failed it because the rear offside tyre was below the legal limit.

I took the car to a tyre specialist and asked him to check my tyres carefully, to see if I needed any changing. His reply?. You have several thousand miles left on all your tyres sir! ( this from a guy who's job it is to sell tyres???)

The car will be going to a local garage for an MOT next week, and I will tell the guy to report any potential failures to me so that I can have them repaired by him. If the car passes both the steering and tyre ( as I suspect it will) I will be reporting the franchise dealer to the relevant authorities, as I feel that they are simply touting for extra work.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
