Fuel Filter location and replacement

i have a 2000 GTP and im doing a tune up so im doing my fuel filter my guess is that its stock and at 96,000 miles and a poor previous owner i think its time to replace it

but to replace how do i do it...just unscrew the gas cap and then unscrew the fuel filter...or what..

also where is the fuel filter located....on a scale 1-10 how hard is it to do

BTW - You can relieve fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and letting engine die. I would say a 3 - easy.
