Fujimi Garage & Tools vs. Scale Equipment Ltd.

Which would be a better value? The Fujimi Garage and Tools sets or buying individual pieces from Scale Equipment Ltd.?

Anybody have the Fujimi tools set? It's got like a zillion pieces, right? I know it has a lift, but does it have ramps and jackstands? (edit: i see the jackstands :o)

All the SELtd. parts come unpainted, no?

Opinions of either are welcome.

What size is a scale model garage I tried to build one and it was to small. Looks as if you could get both and put them together fo one great garage.

Do the Fugimi tools come painted? I'm trying to find a compressor for my garage. SEL quit selling there's. The only on i can find is from R&D Unique and it's like $15. Probably better value to buy the Fugimi tool kit.

I recently acquired the Fujimi tool set. I just started to take pieces off of the sprues and let me tell you, those tools break very very easily. you cant really use pliers to cut the pieces off since they are so fragile that they crack in half if you try. also some of the pieces were already cracked before i started. i guess the best way to cut the pieces off is with a miny saw (which i dont have) lets just say that my wrench set will not be complete. My tire iron is toast also. it broke into three pieces when i tried to remove it. so the moral of this post is, if you get the fujimi tool set, BE VERY CAREFUL! the parts will break if you get too ambitious.

Yeah, they're pretty expensive here, too... Also note, the garage and tools are separate, but it can be hard to tell from the boxes...

Actually, thats how i screwed myself. I didn't read the box good enough, and thought the tools were in it. I just thought for that price the tools would have been included. oh well.
