Question Parking Brake

Hi Guys!, i'm having a little of problem after I got new rear brake pads on my sentra 01. It looks like the brake is not holding the car that good. I did it myself, I don't know if it's because the pads are not the OEM, or if I did something wrong. (which I don't think so). but u never know. Any idea?

Thanks guys!

Re: Parking Brake

I have the same problem on my spec but someone was telling me that there might be a really easy way to just tighten it up. Anyone know if that's true? Something about adjustment screws/nuts on the brakeline or something.

Re: Parking Brake

Raise E-Brake handle , following the handle underneath it , you will see a 10mm Nut .. find a 10mm 1/4 socket deep with an extension , and turn in clock wise to tighten E-Brake cable... gl

Re: Parking Brake

no idea man. when i park i aways use my emergency brake reguardless, but i havent had that problem when i changed my rear brake pads. yes you may yell at me for the emergency brake when i park, but id rather use it that have it become stuck and can't move my car after awhile.
