ok.... wow..... if this subforum was in the least bit moderated i guess this would be closed by now lol..... oh well
anyways i got some good news today, turns out the scale i was weighing myself with was giving me 10lbs too much, the ymca put me at 195 wheras the one at my rowing club put me at 183 (i checked it with two 45lb plates and it was .5lbs over at 90lbs.). so i only need to lose around 20 pounds. that means i'll be able to keep alot more muscle than i thought. i like being big..... IN THE PANTS, OOOOOH SHIT!!!!

Well its good to know that you dont have to let your poor muscles waste away. Have you planned out your exercise and diet to get this excess weight off yet?
Keep us updated on your progress, maybe in another thread such as one that didnt turn into two people having a conversation they should have had over PM

well my coach has a whole workout plan set up so it'll be mostly diet. i'll just see the calories i burn in a day and take a few off of that. so i'll make all my own meals to make sure that i don't over or under eat. we've got 3 weight workouts per week with 2 cardio workouts and one day to do whatever you want to stay fit (saturdays you're supposed to do something on your own)
