Need your opinoins on something (not 3/s)
Yo guys, I just came across a great deal on a downpipe, but is it worth it??? I just want you guys to look at the pics and tell me if I'll have any problems with rust, and if so can I correct it by wirebrushing it and spray painting it with high heat resistant anti rust paint??? Thanks!!!

What car is that for? Because its not a downpipe for a 3S.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions.

Nevermind, its for a z31 series 300ZX. When did you get one of those?

I've got a z31 turbo, that's why I put not 3/s in the title. I'm just lookin' for opinions, that's all... what'd you think about the downpipe???

First off, how much are they asking for it? Second, are you too good to come around here any more? And third, it doesn't look bad enough to where it is going t develop an exhaust leak out the side so I would think it would be OK once you have some new seals on there and everything is in place.

if your that worried about it, you could get it media blasted. If you lived closer, i would say bring it by my shop and i'll blast it for you in 30 seconds.

haha, acutally I just got internet in my dorm about 2 or so weeks ago, and have been fixing my car for the past three, so no I havne't been avoiding you guys. I'm going to pay 50 bucks for it, as opposed to $150 brand new. Media blasted eh??? How much do you think a shop would charge me to blast it???
As for the z31 turbo, this is my second now, as I am paying my own insurance and everything, it's way cheaper than a 3/s, so until I become a rich pilot, I can't really afford one.
