A few more thinks to do :
More Decals on the Faring/Exhaust
Faring Brackets
Tyre Markings
Find a replacement SHOWA Decal as mine ripped
Add small parts, e.g. Foot Rests etc.

But it's getting there

Fantastic work Steve, so nice and clean, if only blue was a bit more purple and darker, just a bit. CF is out of this world.

I think, your foto made with flash.
You can see fotos without flash, but with right color

Re: Honda RC211V 2002 MotoGP

I agree that on full light it look much lighter but if you compare Repsol decal on the side and rest of the blue it is almost the same and Gas decal on top it is almost the same shade (only GAS decal is more blue), check this close up without flash.

Re: Honda RC211V 2002 MotoGP

Very nice work, Steve. I love seeing how cleanly you can put your models together! They are always immaculate and are finely detailed. Were there a miniature automotive museum, you'd definately be up to the task. Gorgeous, flawless work.

Also, as color goes, arguing about it on the internet is futile. The settings of the cameras that took the reference photos, as well as lighting conditions on the actual vehicles, and the settings of the cameras that are taking the miniature photos and the fact that models just really don't see much of the same lighting conditions of their prototypes, will always show models and prototypes looking different, no matter how closely the paint is matched or how off it may be. The decision must be left up to how the builder sees it and feels about it.
