Exclamation 3000GT Dilemma

I have been very keen at the moment on buying a Mitsubishi GTO. i have heared there's a few problems with it, and with your help, i'd love to be able to confirm/dismiss what i've heared, making the decission to buy one easier.
1. they have a weak clutch, and are often replaced, and
2, due to the limited speace in the engine bay, the prospect of after market mods is not so good. i.e if i get one, i'd like to be able to be able to have engine mods done on it e.g bigger turbos, wider piping etc

Re: 3000GT Dilemma

False, and false. These cars have so many misconceptions about them it isn't even funny. So the first step is to stop listening to people who don't own one. Second would be to read our FAQ. Welcome to AF.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
