93 Town Car Auto Climate Error code 02
I have a 93 Town Car Auto Climate Error code 02. I did the self test and what I got is 02. I know with the newer ones 024 or 025 is the blend door actuator. Im getting the clicking noise which makes me think I have to replace the blend door actuator but I want to make sure before tearing the dash apart. I couldnt find anything on the new about the error code 02. Thanks.

Yeah, tearing that dash off to get to that actuator is a real biotch, nice design FoMoCo!
I don't remember if it was the early 90's or what, but be sure to check your Front Door Hinge Pins while your in that deep... some years you have to pull the dash to get to the hinge's.. Here's your answer to code 02:  And here's some Blend Door diagnostics from the book:
