96 jimmy interior lights

hey everyone. im new here and had a question, i didnt see anything when i did a search so hopefully this isnt something you already went over with someone else. anyways, the interior lights stay on. they dont ever turn off, unless we pull the fuse, but now the horn, back hatch, and side mirrors dont work. has anyone ever seen this before, or might have an idea on what it would be? any help would be appreciated, as this is my moms truck and im driving it for the winter. i would kind of like to get everything working again.
