Your year vehicle has a fuel pump relay. You have a relay center in the engine compartment about 6 inch square remove the top and look on the inside it tells you what relay is for. I have a 2000 silverado and the fuel pump relay is the same part number as the air conditioning relay. If your A C works remove your fuel pump relay and install the A.C. relay in its place. If the fuel pump works go to NAPA or the dealer and buy a new one. Around $30.00 or go to a junk yard and get one. I don't know if advance or auto zone carries them.
They relays unplug like a lamp plug only they have 4 prongs. Shut off the truck before installing.
