240SX sucks for drifting man, you need a Sentra, you can only drift with FWD cars.

yeah, 240 does suck at drifting. hoosier drifter only drifts is camaro.

haha. i say just get out there and give it shot in its stock form. If you play around long enough you'll figure what you need to get it to slide smoothly.

gas, diff, suspension... is a good start for the norm.

drive to an open parking lot, go fairly fast, you can try yanking the e-brake and turning your wheels one way, give it gas and your back end will swing out the other way. keep on the gas till you want to stop drifting.

do that, or use google and search what people do to their cars for drifting.

its simple get a RWD car then go someplace safe like a industrial park on a weekend when no cars are there and learn how to drift. for a while you wont be drifting at all you will just be sliding with no control. and you will go to school the next day and brg about how good you can drift.

Yes, some place safe, not like I do, on the streets, in the rain, and almost do a 180 in rush hour traffic.

I think what people are saying though is, you don't need to do anything at all to a 240SX to make it drift, it drifts stock. Just not very well, or fast. I'm learning with mine stock, then hopefully next year, supention brakes, and motor will all be upgraded which will make it faster, and drifting maybe a bit easier on the motor.

acually everywon is wrong here! what you need to do.......

first get some altezza tail lights get a purple paint job that should cover you horse power........ purple is a very fast color it ups horse power by like 100..... good stuff!

next get some 20s those work real well for drifting!

third the trick to not over heating and cracking your radiator is to you coolaid trust me it works!
