90 RS, Once warm, idle drops and dies

I was having fairly high idle at times here and there when I trying to figure it out, and making changes.

It isn't that high now and yes when it is cold it idles a little higher. It all seems to function just right now. I just lowered the limit because in drive it was about 650 so I cranked it down but even at 650 it isn't really a problem. The original problem if I cranked up the idle it would mask the problem and run which I didn't want because I figure when I have to do the smog it would have been a problem. Hopefully it will pass smog now but it isn't due for a year which is good.

I had a scanner on it and was watching the IAC change. When I jumped on it and let off, it confirmed in my head that the original problem is fixed.

I don't drive it that much because I am gone during the week so it has taken me months to finally get it working properly.
