Looking to buy a 96 Lumina

I am looking to buy 96' lumina soon. Need to know if 2700 is about right for the car? It has 3.1L engine with 150,xxx miles on the dash.

Also need to know of any problems that I should look out for with this car.

Re: Looking to buy a 96 Lumina

For your Zip Code, $2700 is average retail for an LS model, and $2600 for a base model for that mileage. From a private seller, you can deduct $200-$300 from that price. If the car is extremely clean, and the maintenance is impeccable, then it could be worth it if it's at a dealer. The price they are asking is on the high side with that mileage for a private seller.
