Re: how to get wide tire look?

You answered your own question. I wouldn't get depending on how tall of a wheel you get i wouldn't get any wider than 9" in the front.

Re: how to get wide tire look?

Do you need wide tires or do you want tires that are wider than the fenders?

If you just want the tires to stick out beyond the fenders, then you can just buy rims that are more offset, to push the tires further out. With the factory rims the lug holes are set all the way on the outside portion of the rim, but you can buy them set more towards the inside so more tire will stick out beyond the fender.

Re: how to get wide tire look?

305/70/16 widest on stock stock rims, 4wd w/o hitting or rubbing.
if you changed the offset thats out the window.
