Wheel Bearing Help...??//??

hey guys,
i have a 90 integra and i noticed that my front right wheel bearing needs to be replaced.I have a pretty good idea on how to tackle this job but i've never replaced a wheel bearing before.There is a local shop for the DIYers and they have a press.What I would like to know is are these bearings pressed in?.......and how hard is it for a DIYer to replace a wheel bearing......or should i take it to a shop??.....has anyone replaced their wheel bearings around here?????thanks for any info

I just disassembled my front hubs. I can send pics if you still need info.

How many miles do the wheel bearing usually last before they need replacement?

Most cars for lifetime, depends how hard you turn, break, if you hit puddles a lot, and if you hit anything in general. There are too many thing effecting it, so you can't really specify a milage on bearings.
