850 dash lights and radio stay on after ignition is turned off

I was hoping another Volvo on here could help me with a minor problem I've run into lately on my 96 850. I searched about the topic but didn't find any solutions.

For the last week or so, after driving it I'll park and take the keys out, but all of the dash lights stay on as well as the radio keeps playing. I manually turned off the radio, but came out to check tonight and the dash lights were still on 3 hours later. They must shut off eventually since I've never had it die on me. If it makes any difference the burnt out lamp and service light are on when I'm driving.
