Renix Tb Spacer Or Not?

I have a 90' 4.oL w/Renix TB fuel injection & I wanted some cheap way to give me more power @ low & mid-range,so I thought TB spacer & this guy told me that it would not give me anything,something about how the Renix system works! so can you guys & girls help me decide,I trust your opion! THANKS

From what I've read, any TB spacer doesn't live up to its claims. You're better off getting a good set of headers.
