'98 Z71- Old or New style front end?
I've recently bought a 98 Z71 and am looking for a grill guard for it. I'm confused about how to get the right one. Some list for "94 - 97" and "98 - 03". Others list "88-98". I was under the impression that 88 -98 were pretty much the same and that 99 - 02 were also the same. Did they GM make some transitional changes to the front end in 98? If anyone knows, please enlighten me.

88 - 98 sounds right. The suburbans and a few of the trucks kept the same body style into 99 and 00.
98 and 03 are definitely two different animals. James
