Revell Germany Customer Service!

Just have to say I had a terrific experince with Revell Germany (and Revell/Monogram) customer service. I emailed RoG in late june about replacement parts for a kit- something I fully expected to have to pay to get a replacement for. They sent me back a form email saying they'd recieved my request, and that they would try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Today to my surprise (I'd honestly forgotten about my request), I recieved a set of replacement parts int he mail (from Revell/Monogram, who does appearently handle RoG replacement parts in the US).

I'd searched the forum previously, and hadn't found anything (positive, negative or otherwise) about Revell customer service. I'm pleased to say that I'm very happy with their service. They totally came through for me.

Thanks Revell!

Re: Revell Germany Customer Service!

I've actually found RofG to be more responsive than Revell USA. I've received parts faster by contacting Revell-Germany directly.

Hmm...maybe I'll tell them I have lost all the parts from: a Corrado, and M Coupe kits. Do you think they would service me?

The $3 is a shipping fee, the parts are free.

Good 'ol Department X, huh?

I was also very satisfied with their service on the one time I had to use it although the turnaround time was over a month.

Hmmm...no why did you need to use RoG??? What's cooking....?

When did you order them?
If you have problems, PM me - I have a spare set of Scagi tyres (no rims, just tires)
