Revell Germany Customer Service!
Just have to say I had a terrific experince with Revell Germany (and Revell/Monogram) customer service. I emailed RoG in late june about replacement parts for a kit- something I fully expected to have to pay to get a replacement for. They sent me back a form email saying they'd recieved my request, and that they would try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Today to my surprise (I'd honestly forgotten about my request), I recieved a set of replacement parts int he mail (from Revell/Monogram, who does appearently handle RoG replacement parts in the US).
I'd searched the forum previously, and hadn't found anything (positive, negative or otherwise) about Revell customer service. I'm pleased to say that I'm very happy with their service. They totally came through for me. Thanks Revell!

Hmm...maybe I'll tell them I have lost all the parts from: a Corrado, and M Coupe kits. Do you think they would service me?

Good 'ol Department X, huh?
I was also very satisfied with their service on the one time I had to use it although the turnaround time was over a month. Hmmm...no why did you need to use RoG??? What's cooking....?

Revell AG has an excellent, five stars customer service... I got the parts I lost in a nice box from them... If somebody from revell is listening... THANK YOU ! Olivier
