my scan:
ok now this was taken minutes after swapping the pulley so the fuel trims weren't set and the PCM probably had adapted to the new boost, moost people seem to agree that its a decent scan, but I was a little worried about the 12lbs. of boost, is that normal with a 3.5"?(though remember I have an '04 so we do usually see more boost with pulley swaps)

I almost positive our cars come stock with 9.5 lbs of boost. Maybe 9, but I know its right there. Your still probably boost stacking a little. Our cars are beasts when it comes down to boost. With a 3.4 I was right where you were. Our cars love to knock due the effiency of the blower along with our garbage fuel system. What kind od spark plugs are you using? If your stock I would go with Autolite 104s and gap them to about .054 -.055. I would change those plugs every 7000 miles. UI know I do. You will notice a nice difference every time you change them.

Re: my scan:
yeah i'm running the stock plugs right now, though my car is nearing 50k and I'm planning on changing the tranny fluid, filter, and changing the plugs and wires... from what I hear its best to just buy the GM wires as they are some of the best you can use, is this true?

Yes, GM wires are the best unless you want to go with the MSDs but IMO stick with stock wires and dont waste money on the MSD coil packs.
