Rusty Wheel Arches, advice?
Hey guys, ive just after discovering the back 2 wheel arches of my civic have rust holes everywhere, it also looks like someone coated over it and the rust crawled in behind it until i accidently it and knocked a piece off now it just keeps coming away! does anyone have any advice on how to fix it and keep it gone, cutting it out etc. isnt really an option because I just dont have the time but i was thinking about using kurust then P.40 and P.38 and then priming and painting and covering the whole thing in the hammerite underbody seal? Also edge of the wheel arch where the rubber strips covered is also a bit rusty, should I leave these strips off and cover that area with a stone chip guard or something? Thanks

Re: Rusty Wheel Arches, advice?
look at any civic man....everyone has the same problem..cutting it out will give what whats left of it a chance, but if you just do a patch job it won't even last a year before the same problem arises
