92 ac doesnt work but air comes out...

I have a 92 bonne and for a long time now the ac dosn't work and the air still come out, is there a possabillity that my ac compressor is shot, or I just need freon, also the air come out but not very fast is that a problem with the relay. thank you

As far as the AC, a number of problems could exist. These might best be diagnosed by a licensed professional, however, your lack of airflow might lead you in the right direction:

Removed the blower motor (located under the hood on the firewall I believe.)
Stick your arm in the duct-work and as far to the passenger side as you can get until you can feel the evaporater core. This is probably covered in a nasty dirty sludge becuase it leaks and the refrigerant/oil has collected dirt and debris that blocks flow from the blower motor (assuming the blower works on all speeds.) If your arm is too big (dont go where you dont fit) try a feather duster with a flexible handle and inspect it for garbage upon removal.
