That's a lovely clean build and I agree it is nice to see it without the Dukes of Hazzard plastered all over it

One thing, I'm kind of missing panel lines on the doors - they look filled with paint or is that because they were welded closed in the 1/1?

He appreciates all the comments!

The panel ines are there (see the interior photo) but are a bit faint. It's hard to believe but he did actually have a bit of a disaster with the paint, the plastic soaked up the primer and the original orange plastic seemed to bleed through. To solve this he had to put on more paint than he would have liked. He also used fine wet and dry paper before using cutting polish and wax which also removed some of the fine detail.

The Hemi script on the door virtually disappeared too.

But as he was so pleased with the finish of the paint apart from this he decided to leave it rather than start again!
