Egr Update
There is an update with these vans with EGR codes (insufficient flow or egr lift) with Honda. Basically, there is a kit available to repair which is a steel sleeve and EGR valve. IF you have less than 80,000 miles on your van, you are covered under this extended EGR warranty. (ie. FREE). The bulletin no. is 00-009. The check engine light will need to be on when you bring it in, Honda doesn't like to just take word for it

I am having the same exact problem and want to change the valve myself. Where is it located?
