Damn!!!! Awesome workshop you have there! I've just got my humble desk to build on and an old carboard box for a spray "booth". It's not even my whole desk, it's like a 4" x 8" area! Hope to see some great stuff from you!

I love the odds and ends made out of auto stuff (rotor wall clock, CF panitbooth exhaust!!! )

Also, I think your solution for a paint booth is actually one of te simplest I've seen. It's just a conversted regular wall cabinent, yes?

Time ago a good friend point me in few "in progress" pics of your workshop: seem a lot is done by yourself! Congrats, Bill. I'm envious of all those order!! I'm a pig compared .
As a designer I can't say to love the style of huge steel/glass showcase but seem really useful due the onepable door and dustproof, great solution.

Given the number of responses, you hit a nerve with your workshop. You certainly hit mine. I also thought that I need a more organized work space, just could not picture it. Now I have pictures.

You did a great job. I like the way you decorated it into a theme, too.

Jeez Bil, your a lucky bastard! I finally have my own work space but its a mess, no time to fix it up. You have some great momentos as well, my walls are covered with Saints stuff, not fancy F1 brake covers, though i do have the same clock LOL. Great job and maybe it will finally inspire me to fix up my new room.

Actually, the spray booth is a microwave cabinet that I bought at WALMART. I didn't add the upper area and I didn't put the wheels on. I added the lazy susan from my old booth. For the fan mount, all I did was cut the appropriate sized square hole in the back and used a glue gun to attach and fully seal the fan housing to the particle board back. I used the fan's ceiling cover on the inside of the booth to help keep the paint particles from flowing directly into the motor and then in front of that, I simply inserted a funace filter that can be replaced whenever it's necessary. Hope this helps.

My wife is fully aware of that fact too... It's slightly bigger than our bedroom too.........the thing is, I got away with it!!!!
